Adding shipping insurance helps cover the value of the order in the event the package is:

  • damaged / missing contents from damage

due to fault by USPS (please visit their website for more details and specifics)

Customer will file a claim with USPS via their website or by phone. Proof of insurance will be required and most be retained (this info is not always kept by USPS) along with the value of the order (purchase receipt).

  • POD items ship after item has been printed and packed. POD is 3-8 business days
