Order Updates
Order status updates are not sent out as procesing time is stated above each shoppable section.
In the event there is a delay communication via email will be sent out with an updated ETA. As well as posted on my social media for broader communication.
Please keep in mind my shop is a POD shop and I work at the mercy of my printers. Maintenance and repair issues can come up randomly which can cause slight delays.
When will my order Ship?
- Turn around time on RTS UV | DTF is 1-3 business days
- Print to order UV & DTF items ship within 3-6 business days
- If ordering POD with RTS transfers all items will ship on the latest processing time frame
- All processing time is stated above each shoppable section, top shop header and at checkout per the terms and conditions
- Orders are shipped once they are paid for in full and payment has been captured via checkout on website
How long does shipping take?
- Shipping timeframe will depend on the chosen method of delivery
- All orders are shipped with USPS
- All US orders over $50 will ship for free; these orders will ship via USPS ground advantage.
- Orders are dropped off to USPS during the week on weekdays only
- If there is a federal holiday - orders will be dropped off next business day
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once they have been scanned at drop off.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items
Lost or Stolen
- Seller is not responsible for lost (mis-delivered) or stolen packages once they have left my possession and show to have an active in-transit status or have been delivered to you
- In the event a delivered package has not reached you (mis-delivered), you (the buyer) will need to reach out to the delivery service provider you chose to follow up on your packages delivery status; in the event the package was stolen (ex: open package, video survillance, proof) you will need to file a claim with the delivery service provider you chose.
Damaged Items
- All packages shipped out are placed in cardboard sturdy boxes (with honeycomb/bubble wrap) and/or envelopes. All packages will have bright pink/red stickers placed on them calling out "do not bend" or "fragile handle with care". Seller is not responsible for the handling of packages as they leave my possession.
- In the event an item reaches you damaged - you will need to file a claim with the delivery service provider chosen. (examples: bent or folded envelopes)
- Drinkware that arrives broken will be replaced with the same item if available. if the same item is not available buyer can chose another glass cup/mug of equal of lesser value.
- Proof of broken drinkware will be required - photos/videos and damaged shipping boxes. Photos and videos must be sent to me to receive a replacement
Delayed Orders
In the event orders are delayed due to printer maintenance, personal matters (I am human and a one woman ran small shop), shop priority order issues etc. Emails will be sent out notifying the customer of any delays and an estimate timeframe of when orders will receive tracking and be shipped out.
Such events are rare but they due happen as I work at the mercy of my printers, I am human and shipping carrier issues happen.
please be patient with me - if the delay is going to be lengthy more than 5 business days (after the last processing finish date) I will provide the option of a refund.

Wrong/Missing Items received
In the event you receive the wrong transfers/items in your order. Reach out via email to typicaltinacreation@gmail.com.
- Include your order #
- Photo of the incorrect transfers/items sent
- detailed info on items missing
Seller (typical tina transfers) will bare the cost to resend the correct transfers.
UV DTF APPLICATION
How do I apply my UV DTF wrap or decal?
- Squeegee front and back of your UV DTF transfer
- When peeling your transfer make sure you peel from the white backing side
- Make sure your cup is clean and ready
- Apply your transfer using which ever method is best for you (taco, side cut, rolling etc)
- Once your transfer has touched the surface there is no lifting allowed, make sure your design is lined up correctly
- Squeegee or press/rub with your fingers over the design to release any air bubbles
- Slowly and carefully remove the clear film
- AND YOUR DONE!
DTF Transfer Application
How to apply DTF transfers
DTF transfers are a cold peel
Recommended temperature settings are 315-325 degrees. Please note all heat press are different please use the temperature best suited for your heat press.
All DTF transfers are recommended to be pressed with a commercial press. Home Iron or Cricut press will not work
- Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture
- Align DTF on garment; press for 15-25 seconds with heavy pressure
- if sides or design is lifting you do not have enough pressure
- let DTF transfer cool completely and peel back film
- optional re-press to seal edges with teflon
Printing Disclaimers
Printed images and designs
All designs are printed as is - as created and provided by the designers. Designs are not edited in any format to change the design.
Printed designs may differ slightly based on coloring, background applications (spray paint effect, neon, cloud effects etc) shading, shadowing etc. These will show up on all printed DTF and UVDTF transfers as is.
Areas with faded shading/coloring behind/included in a design may print as the color intended by designer. background shading will print due to the color layer created by the designer.
Designs are printed as is and mock ups will show design image as printed (with the exception of any possible limited view background coloring not visible on mock ups before printing)
