Order Updates

Order status updates can now be viewed on my website under the "order look up" tab. You will need your email address provided at checkout and your 4-digit order #. You can also view the status of your order through your order confirmation email by clicking the "view order' box.

In the event there is a delay communication via email will be sent out with an updated ETA. As well as posted on my social media for broader communication.

Please keep in mind my shop is a POD shop and I work at the mercy of my printers. Maintenance and repair issues can come up randomly which can cause slight delays.

When will my order Ship?

  • Turn around time on RTS UV | DTF is 1-3 business days
  • Print to order UV & DTF items ship within 3-8 business days
  • Custom UV and DTF processing time is 4-9 business days
  • Wholesale processing time is 5-8 business days days
  • Processing time starts the following business day from when order is submitted
  • Orders will ship out (carrier hand off) once they are completed and on the next scheduled drop off or pick up with shipping carrier. (please note this may be a day or two following the completion of your order). USPS pick ups are scheduled daily (pick ups are a hit or miss) in the event USPS outbound packages are not picked up they will be dropped off on the next scheduled post office drop off. USPS drop offs (at post office) are 3x-4x a week Monday- Friday. UPS/Fedex drop offs (at carrier store fronts) are 2x a week.
  • If ordering POD with RTS transfers all items will ship on the latest processing time frame
  • Orders are shipped once they are paid for in full and payment has been captured via checkout on website. And once completed based on items ordered and stated processing times

Order Processing times

  • Turn around time on RTS UV | DTF is 1-3 business days

  • Processing time starts the following business day from when order is submitted
  • Processing time is the timeframe alloted for your order to be prepped for printing (if ordering POD)/or pulled and packed RTS [1-3 business days], print batch is printed [12-14 hours], cutting down to size & sorting for packing [6 hours] & packing [2-3 hours] of your order
  • if you need to upgrade your shipping please contact me and you can be invoiced the difference; please note certain shipping methods (UPS/FEDEX 2 day air or any next day/overnight) require a carrier hand off by a specific time. These will have to be coordinated on my next scheduled drop off with these carriers and or if I am able to on non-scheduled drop off day

Processing timeframe is based on the volume of orders I receive. As a in-house printing shop, preparation for printing is done (creating print jobs) and daily printer maintenance in between prints.

How long does shipping take | all other shipping info

  • Shipping timeframe will depend on the chosen method of delivery (ground adv., priority & priority express)
  • Available shipping carriers are UPS and USPS
  • All US orders over $250 will ship for free; these orders will ship via USPS ground advantage only. Priority standard and priority express are NOT covered with free shipping promotions. If you need to ship your order priority/express please reach out to me for a separate invoice
  • Orders are dropped off to USPS & UPS during the week on weekdays only
  • If there is a federal holiday - orders will be dropped off next business day
  • Larger order over $200 will be offered a signature of delivery at the customer discretion for an additional charge
  • Plan accordingly when choosing the shipping option. On average priority mail is 2-4 business days, ground advantage is 5-9 business days (these are estimations and can change during peak holiday season)

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update once they have been scanned at drop off. If there is no update on your order please reach out to me via email with your order information

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Items

Lost or Stolen

  • Seller is not responsible for lost (mis-delivered) or stolen packages once they have left my possession and show to have an active in-transit status or have been delivered to you
  • In the event a delivered package has not reached you (mis-delivered), you (the buyer) will need to reach out to the delivery service provider you chose to follow up on your packages delivery status; in the event the package was stolen (ex: open package, video survillance, proof) you will need to file a claim with the delivery service provider you chose.

Damaged Items

  • All packages shipped out are placed in cardboard sturdy boxes (with honeycomb/bubble wrap) and/or envelopes. All packages will have bright pink/red stickers placed on them calling out "do not bend" or "fragile handle with care". Seller is not responsible for the handling of packages as they leave my possession.
  • In the event an item reaches you damaged - you will need to file a claim with the delivery service provider chosen. (examples: bent or folded envelopes)
  • Drinkware that arrives broken will be replaced with the same item if available. if the same item is not available buyer can chose another glass cup/mug of equal of lesser value.
  • Proof of broken drinkware will be required - photos/videos and damaged shipping boxes. Photos and videos must be sent to me to receive a replacement

Delayed Orders

In the event orders are delayed due to printer maintenance, personal matters (I am human and a one woman ran small shop), shop priority order issues etc. Emails will be sent out notifying the customer of any delays and an estimate timeframe of when orders will receive tracking and be shipped out.

Such events are rare but they due happen as I work at the mercy of my printers, I am human and shipping carrier issues happen.

please be patient with me - if the delay is going to be lengthy more than 5 business days (after the last processing finish date) I will provide the option of a refund.

delays with in-transit orders

  • please keep in mind delays can occur with shipping carriers. in the event a package has not had tracking updates for more than 48 hours please contact the shipping carrier directly or review their tracking info per their respective websites.
  • I can provide some assistance where possible
  • Typical Tina Transfers is not responsible for any delays or late arrival packages once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. As the processing and package movement through the shipping carrier network is out of my control
  • All sales are final there are no returns or refunds on orders that arrive late due to a shipping carrier delay

! Anticipate delays when packages are shipping during the peak holiday season (usually after Black Friday week) - packages will see delays in between scan checkpoints. Always recommend a upgraded shipping option !

Rush orders

  • in the event you need an order by a specific timeframe please reach out to me prior to submitting the order. Arrangements can be made (if doable) to get orders rushed and handed off to selected shipping carrier by a specific date for shippping
  • If you have already submitted the order arrangements can be made within 1-2 days after submission (as future print batches are created within this timeframe). Since all POD is printed to order rush orders have to be printed separate from other print batches
  • rush orders will come with an additional fee and this will be based on order size
  • rush order may not always be available and timeframe can change based on current order voume

please not orders can not be rushed after the 2nd business day as printe batches are scheduled to print on specific days and to keep my shop running smoothly and on time

Due to the nature of the items being sold as they are all print to order, custom prints, one time use items for crafting all sales are final.

Before checking out you are required to accept my shops terms and conditions and having done so agreed to my shops provided FAQ on shop policies and processing time frames.

Typical Tina Transfers/Creations is not responsible for any errors that occur while using transfers / products sold in shop. TTT is also not responsible for any issues that occur after said item with transfers is handed off to customer, used, gifted etc. As I can not verify proper care of item with transfer

Wrong/Missing Items received

Customers (buyer) is responsible/required to review their received order within 5 days of its delivery (date marked delivered by shipping carrier). Within those 5 days in the event you receive the wrong transfers/items or missing items in your order. Reach out via email to typicaltinacreations@gmail.com

  • Photo of the incorrect transfers/items sent
  • detailed info on items missing

!! photo of the incorrect items and the original packing slip packaged within your order will be required to provide assistance !!

Seller (typical tina transfers) will bare the cost to resend the correct transfers.

UV DTF APPLICATION

How do I apply my UV DTF wrap or decal?

  • Squeegee front and back of your UV DTF transfer
  • When peeling your transfer make sure you peel from the white backing side
  • Make sure your cup is clean and ready
  • Apply your transfer using which ever method is best for you (taco, side cut, rolling etc)
  • Once your transfer has touched the surface there is no lifting allowed, make sure your design is lined up correctly
  • Squeegee or press/rub with your fingers over the design to release any air bubbles
  • Slowly and carefully remove the clear film
  • AND YOUR DONE!

DTF Transfer Application

How to apply DTF transfers

DTF transfers are a cold peel

Recommended temperature settings are 315-325 degrees. Please note all heat press are different please use the temperature best suited for your heat press.

All DTF transfers are recommended to be pressed with a commercial press. Home Iron or Cricut press will not work

  • Pre-press garment for 5 seconds to remove moisture
  • Align DTF on garment; press for 15-25 seconds with heavy pressure
  • if sides or design is lifting you do not have enough pressure
  • let DTF transfer cool completely and peel back film
  • optional re-press to seal edges with teflon

Printing Disclaimers

Printed images and designs

All designs are printed as is - as created and provided by the designers. Designs are not edited in any format to change the design.

Printed designs may differ slightly based on coloring, background applications (spray paint effect, neon, cloud effects etc) shading, shadowing etc. These will show up on all printed DTF and UVDTF transfers as is.

Areas with faded shading/coloring behind/included in a design may print as the color intended by designer. background shading will print due to the color layer created by the designer.

Designs are printed as is and mock ups will show design image as printed (with the exception of any possible limited view background coloring not visible on mock ups before printing)

Typical tina Transfers/creations does not claim ownership to any of the designs within this shop. Using transfers from this shop for resale/promotion etc are used at your discretion.
